Monday nights at EBRC are for our developing juniors — three hours on court, every week, for 21 weeks. One hour of fitness, then two hours of tennis. Movement first, because everything a player will one day own on court traces back to how they move before the racquet swings.
This is where fundamentals become instinct. Footwork, balance, contact, and the competitive habits that separate players who train from players who compete. Nothing is random — athletes learn not just what to do, but why.
Junior Development runs on a two-day weekly minimum: Monday at EBRC paired with a weekend day at Monroe. One evening builds the habit; two builds the player.
Every drill has a purpose.
