The Proof Is In The Process

Miles Chou
10U Champion
Before
Poor footwork & spacing
After
Tournament winner in 1 weekend

Miles Chou

10U Junior | California → AlSaah

  • Won 10U tournament the same weekend he learned the AlSaah Match Playbook
  • Transformed footwork patterns and court spacing in a single session
  • Family traveled from California specifically for Coach Alfred's methodology
  • Now enrolled in 2026 AlSaah Summer Program

Miles' family discovered AlSaah online and made the trip from California for one lesson. That single session introduced him to the Match Playbook System—decision-making, point construction, and playing with intention instead of guesswork. Coach Alfred immediately identified critical issues with Miles' footwork and court spacing. By drilling proper movement patterns and teaching him to maintain optimal distance from the ball, Miles gained consistency and power he'd never had before. The result? He won his tournament that same weekend.

"Coach Alfred's attention to detail, focus on fitness, technique, footwork and performance mentality is what it takes to make champions."

— Edward Chou, Miles' Father

Noticeable tournament improvement

Brandon Etti

Competitive Junior | Maryland → New Jersey

  • Family drove from Maryland to New Jersey specifically for AlSaah's methodology
  • Trains year-round at JTCC, chose AlSaah for summer development
  • Demonstrated noticeable improvement in tournament play shortly after

Brandon's family made the commitment to drive from Maryland to New Jersey for each session because they recognized what AlSaah offers can't be found closer to home. That dedication to finding the right coaching environment—not just the convenient one—is exactly the mindset that produces results.

"At AlSaah, athletes aren't just visiting for sessions—they're welcomed into a system and a family committed to their growth."

Ishan Indukuri
Built From Zero
Before (Age 7)
Complete beginner, no competition
After (Age 10)
High-level junior, multiple titles

Ishan Indukuri

10 Years Old | 3 Years at AlSaah

  • Started at age 7 as a recreational player with zero competitive background
  • Developed entirely under the AlSaah Methodology and Psychology
  • Multiple tournament titles earned through patient, systematic development

Ishan is proof that foundations matter. When he joined AlSaah at 7 years old, he had never competed. Over 3 years, the AlSaah system built him from the ground up—fundamentals, movement, confidence, and game understanding. No shortcuts. No rushed results. Just intentional training that compounds over time.

"Athletes are developed properly, patiently, and with purpose—no matter where they start."

The AlSaah Summer Tennis Program helped me grow both as a tennis player and as a person. On the court, daily practice improved my fundamentals, endurance, and confidence. Off the court, the program taught me discipline, appreciation, and mental toughness. I learned how to handle pressure, learn from mistakes, and push myself to improve.

Incredible environment, coaches work hard, players work harder. I am a high school student (8 UTR) who trains under Coach Ashton and Coach Alfred. Everything from physical to mental is targeted during our sessions. If you are looking for incredible coaching in the Central Jersey area, come to AlSaah Tennis Academy.

We have trained at some of the best academies in California and in Spain. The AlSaah Tennis Academy is arguably better than some of the top training programs out there. Coach Alfred's attention to detail, focus on fitness, technique, footwork and performance mentality is what it takes to make champions. My son, a competitive 10U junior has improved significantly under his instruction.

My son (~8 UTR) recently started training with Alfred. We started with him for his strong emphasis on fitness, conditioning, and overall athletic development. Beyond physical training, he instills discipline and mental toughness, which is already reflecting in my son's game. I am seeing a more confident, resilient, and competitive player on the court. We highly recommend him for players serious about building a strong physical foundation for competitive tennis.

Why This Works

The AlSaah Method

01

Identity + Confidence

We don't just teach tennis. We build athletes who trust themselves under pressure because they've done the work.

02

Footwork as Foundation

Every shot starts from the ground. We obsess over movement patterns that create consistency and power.

03

Purposeful Shot Selection

Smart aggression. Every ball has intention. We eliminate guesswork and install decision-making frameworks.

04

Pressure Reveals Character

We create environments where athletes are tested. Comfort is the enemy of growth.

05

Standards + Accountability

No exceptions. The system works because everyone—coaches and players—operates by the same rules.

06

Match Intelligence

On-court awareness is trained, not inherited. We teach players to read patterns, exploit weaknesses, and adapt in real-time.

What We Don't Do

We don't chase participation trophies

We don't skip fundamentals to look advanced

We don't accept athletes who won't commit

We don't promise results without process

We don't water down standards for convenience

We don't train athletes who want shortcuts

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the evaluation process work?+

Every athlete begins with a paid evaluation session. This allows Coach Alfred and the AlSaah team to assess technical ability, movement quality, attitude, and coachability. After the evaluation, you'll receive clear feedback and next steps.

What ages and levels do you accept?+

We train junior athletes from 10U through 18U at various competitive levels. What matters more than current level is mindset, commitment, and willingness to be coached.

What makes AlSaah different from other academies?+

We don't run sessions—we build systems. Every coach at AlSaah operates within the same methodology, ensuring consistency and continuity in development.

How much does training cost?+

Investment varies based on program type and commitment level. We discuss pricing after the evaluation because we need to understand your goals and schedule first.

Can families travel in for training?+

Yes. We've had families travel from California, Spain, and across the country specifically for Coach Alfred's methodology. The Summer Program is particularly popular with traveling families.

What's the commitment expectation?+

We expect consistency. Development happens through repetition and progression, not sporadic sessions. Athletes in our programs commit to a schedule and stick to it.
